BREAKING: PMB and APC Governors had a closed door meeting

President Muhammadu Buhari is reported to have held a closed door meeting with the Governors of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) at state House, Abuja on Tuesday.

The agenda of the meeting was not made public as at the time of reporting and all the participants declined speaking to the press.

Despite their refusal to speak to the press, speculations had it that the meeting centered on next year’s general elections.

The governors present were those of Ekiti, Kayode Fayemi; Gombe, Inuwa Yahaya;  Jigawa, Abubakar Badaru; Kebbi, Abubakar Bagudu; Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu; Nassarawa, Abdullahi Sule; Niger, Abubakar Bello; Ogun, Dapo Abiodun; and Deputy Governor of Ebonyi, Dr Eric Igwe.
